Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Director to join Lockchain. This individual will lead our sales strategy, directly influencing the growth trajectory of Lockchain by securing high-value partnerships and scaling our enterprise solutions across the blockchain ecosystem.

United States, Preferably NYC area

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Focus

  • Develop and spearhead innovative sales strategies that not only meet but redefine market expectations in the blockchain and digital asset sectors.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and engage with visionary leaders and decision-makers in the industry to forge strategic alliances.

• Innovation and Leadership

  • Drive product evolution through direct feedback from enterprise-level clients, shaping our offerings to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Mentor and lead a dynamic sales team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and entrepreneurial thinking.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a high performing sales or business development role, preferably in finance or blockchain industries.
• Experience delivering and exceeding a quota of at least $1M a year.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup environments or leading product launches
• Demonstrated ability to innovate in sales approaches, showing agility in adapting to fast-paced market changes.
• Experience in leading sales teams, with a track record of scaling businesses or departments.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
